As soon as 15-year-old Temar Boggs and his friend Chris Garcia heard police were in their neighborhood looking for missing 5-year-old Jocelyn Rojas they joined in the search. Boggs spotted a car suspiciously turning in and out of side streets and the boys gave chase on their bikes. Boggs caught up to the car and spotted Jocelyn in the passenger seat, moments later the kidnapper released the little girl. She quickly ran into Boggs’ arms and asked for her mommy. Boggs escorted Jocelyn to police and the town is calling him a hero and guardian angel. Temar said, ‘I’m just a normal person who did a thing that anybody else would do’.
