Before the second World War three propaganda posters were created by the England government. There were three designs and only the first two were distributed throughout England. The third poster which read, ‘Keep Calm And Carry On’ was printed over 2.5 million times and never issued to the public. The poster went unseen for over 50 years until it was found in Barter Books, a second hand book shop.
