The Doors Keyboardist Ray Manzarek Dies At 74

Ray Manzarek, co-founder and keyboardist of The Doors died today in Rosenheim, Germany after complications related to bile duct cancer. Manzarek founded The Doors in 1965 after meeting Jim Morrison in California, the band went on to become one of the most successful rock ‘n’ roll bands to emerge from the 60s. The band sold over 100 million albums worldwide which included hits like ‘Hello, I Love You‘, ‘Riders On The Storm‘, ‘Break On Through‘ and ‘Light My Fire’. Manzarek was 74.
