Petty Officer 2nd Class Marissa Gaeta bought a raffle ticket while on board the Navy vessel Oak Hill to have the first kiss when they dock. Marissa won the first kiss raffle after buying $50 worth of tickets and got to kiss her girlfriend of 2 years, Petty Officer 3rd Class Citlalic Snell when they docked in Virginia Beach. This was the first same-sex homecoming kiss since ‘Don’t Ask Don’t Tell’ ended in September.
