Police in Phoenix pulled over a vehicle with six people inside to just stole hundreds of dollars worth of candy from a grocery store. One suspect runs to the rooftops while others are being questioned. Police chase the teenager and push him from the rooftop on to city streets. The man then loses his balance and tries leaping on to a police SUV which turns out to be a huge mistake.
