Eldad Hagar of Hope For Paws and Annie Hart of the Bill Foundation set out to rescue Bethany, a homeless dog in dire need of help. When Hagar and Hart found Bethany, she could barely walk and was suffering from severe mange along with several bacterial infections. After several weeks of recovery, Bethany is ready for adoption.
