President, CEO of Sony, Kazuo Hirai releases a statement as the Playstation Network returns. Sony has created a welcome back package to the Playstation Network along with offering free identity theft protection programs. Some Playstation owners have sold their Playstation’s and have turned to Xbox which gets the red ring of death.
