Minot, North Dakota has been under severe flooding caused by the Souris River. Three days ago water from the Souris River overflowed over the cities levees and destroyed 4000 homes and hundreds of businesses. Finally the water has crested and is slowly receding. This video shows images of the damages the flooding has caused.
