Laser Pointer Leads To Arrest.

Justin Stouder aims a laser pointer at a police helicopter in St. Louis April 2010. The 24-year-old had no idea that pointing a laser at a police helicopter was a federal felony which is punishable by a maximum of 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine. The laser pointer can fill the cockpit and can temporarily blind the pilot. Justin had no idea that the laser could do this to a pilot and now volunteers telling his story and educating the public.
