Joel Grover of NBC4 Los Angeles investigates Jiffy Lube charging its customers for repairs that were never done. Employees are caught on camera not replacing parts, are confronted, and deny their actions until they see themselves on video. Jiffy Lube says they will retrain their employees, which included ‘How to spot an undercover Channel 4 investigator’. Three years after the original investigation, Joel investigates again to see if things have changed.
