New York City-based comedic group, Improv Everywhere, provides a solution to the ‘texting and walking’ epidemic by creating Seeing Eye People. The Seeing Eye People pose as city workers who help people text and walk safely. BuzzFeed joined in the fun by going up to real people texting and walking on the street and offered the service.
