Two cars in London follow a reckless driver. A camera on the dash records every move the reckless driver makes, including hitting a 75-year-old man while driving in the oncoming lane to pass a car. The car continues following as the other car checks on the old man. They finally stop the reckless driver from continuing on and they wait for the police to arrive.
