Several years back Donna addressed an issue to newspapers and television stations but got no where. Over the past few years Donna has gotten into three separate car accidents involving deer, she noticed all of her accidents happened shortly after passing deer crossing signs. Donna has the bright idea to move the deer crossing signs to low-traffic areas where its safer for them to cross. Donna attempts to address the issue again by calling The Y94 Morning Playhouse radio show in Fargo, North Dakota. Though the phone call is a few years old and only heard locally, it is now being shared throughout the world and heard over 1.6 million times in one week.
