Thumper the kitten was born with a rare and incurable neurological disorder which left him unable to walk. The staff at People and Cats Together [PACT], a nonprofit rescue organization in Redondo Beach, California, took Thumper in and built a special walker for him. Within just a few weeks he built enough strength to stand up and walk on his own. Thumper is currently available for adoption on PetFinder.
