Filmmaker Gavin Heffernan of Sunchaser Pictures visited Eureka Dunes in Death Valley National Park to shoot this incredible time-lapse entitled Death Valley Dreamlapse. The area has some of the darkest night skies on earth and Gavin shot the short film during the peak of the Geminid Meteor Shower in mid-December 2012. Death Valley Dreamlapse has been seen more than 600,000 times in the past month.
