Neal Unger aka ‘The Dude’ has been skateboarding since he was just five years old. Today, at the age of 56 Unger is still learning new tricks and skating at skate parks. Adam Herron recently captured Unger at the La Quinta Skatepark in La Quinta, California showing off a collection of tricks, including a kick flip and a trick Unger calls the Sissypop.

The 19th hole at Legend Golf & Safari Resort in Limpopo Province, South Africa is the most extreme Par-3 on the planet. Its tee box is set 400 meters high up on the Hanglip Mountain and is only accessible by helicopter. No one has ever scored a hole-in-one on the hole, but eight golfers have managed to birdie the hole.
