A couple weeks ago, Metro bus driver Darnell ‘Big Country’ Barton was driving his route along the Scajaquada Expressway in Buffalo, New York when he spotted a woman standing on the wrong side of the guardrail on a bridge. Barton stopped his bus in the middle of the bridge, called to the woman, then got out and pulled the her to safety. When Barton returned to his bus, his passengers gave him a round of applause.
