Judy Avey-Arroyo has been running a sloth sanctuary in Costa Rica for 20-years. The sanctuary featured on Animal Planet is home to over 160 orphaned and injured sloths. During the show twin sloths are treated for mange, the sloths are shaved, treated, and bandaged which looks like a onesie.
