We have featured a few small apartments but nothing compares to this one. Manhattan architect Luke Clark Tyler, gives us a tour of his 78 squarefoot mini studio which he pays $750/month. The apartment isn’t much larger than a walk-in closet, Luke says he ‘likes it compact’.
