Brothers Conner and Cayden Long are an inspirational triathlon team. 6-year-old Cayden suffers from cerebral palsy, but that doesn’t stop Conner from towing Cayden behind in a raft during the swimming leg, towing him behind his bike during the cycling portion, and pushing him during the run. The Long brothers were honored as the 2012 Sports Illustrated SportsKids of the year at a star-studded event last month. After hearing the story Duke coach, Mike Krzyzewski, said Conner and Cayden have scholarships to Duke waiting for them when they get older. Sports Illustrated Sportsman of the Year, LeBron James, loses his words and calls Conner and Cayden the real sportsman of the year.
