This toy is called a Superplexus created by Michael McGinnis which is similar to a Labyrinth game where a ball travels through a maze and cannot fall into any holes. The Superplexus is a game on 3 axis rather than the standard two. The 36″ diameter Superplexus sells for $30,000 and has a track over 31 feet long. There are also kids versions which sells a discount stores for $25-$30.
