Pannys Amazing World of Chocolate at Pannys Chocolate Factory in Phillip Island, Melbourne features a collection of interactive, artistic and imaginative chocolate exhibits. In this exhibit visitors push a button to make a carousel, full of chocolate sculpture, spin. They push the button once more to start a strobe light which creates this incredible illusion.
