34-year-old Molly Schuyler from Bellevue, Nebraska is competitive eater, she is also mother of four and weighs just 125 pounds. Last Friday Schuyler attempted ‘The 72oz Steak Challenge‘ at Sayler’s Old Country Kitchen in Portland, Oregon. She completed the challenge and set a new world record with a time of 2 minutes, 44 seconds. The previous world record for eating a 72oz steak was set by Peter Czerwinski, aka ‘Furious Pete’, with a time of 6 minutes, 48 seconds.
