The folks over at Bad Lip Reading just made the presidential debates a little more interesting with a hilarious bad lip reading of the first Democratic debate. Hillary, Bernie, Martin, Lincoln and Jim take on the important questions like, “Where do babies come out of the mommies?”, “Should Anderson get a scooter?”, and more. There’s also a hilarious bad lip reading of the Republican debate where candidates weigh in on a variety of important issues.
For every soft toy sold in participating IKEA stores during the months of November and December IKEA donates one euro to children’s education projects. In an attempt to sell the most soft toys this year, IKEA organized a drawing competition that gave children the chance to bring their drawings to life. Darius Sasnauskas, who lives near Yellowstone National Park, recently rescued an injured fawn after it was abandoned by its family. After single-handedly rehabilitating the little one back to health, Sasnauskas made several attempts to release her back into the wild, but she wouldn’t leave his side. In an update off camera, Sasnauskas says he was able to reunite the fawn with her family and sees them together often.
Reptile biologist Matt Evans at the Smithsonian National Zoo Reptile Discovery Center in Washington, D.C. takes a moment to answer whether or not tortoises enjoy being touched. Just because tortoises are cold-blooded doesn’t mean they don’t enjoy a good neck rub. Evans explains tortoises enjoy several tactile sensations and are actually quite affectionate.
