Posted: April 24, 2012

20-year-old Cornel Hrisca-Munn was born in Romania with no forearms and a severely deformed leg, the doctor gave Cornel just days to live and he was transported to an institution to die. Luckily Cornel made it seven months and a British woman, Doreen Munn spotted Cornel while delivering food and clothes to the institution. Doreen and Ken Munn adopted Cornel giving the love and family he needed. At a young age Cornel was active in cycling and swimming, he also has taught himself to play the bass guitar and drums. At age 14 Cornel defeated 400 others in a national drumming competition placing 2nd overall. Today Cornel has been discovered through YouTube, while most of his videos have less than 1,000 views, his cover of ‘Hot Right Now’ by DJ Fresh is on the rise. He has also covered Tinie Tempah ft. Eric Turner’s ‘Written In The Stars’ and Carly Rae Jepsen’s ‘Call Me Maybe’ which is one of Cornel’s most watched covers.
