New York City-based pranksters, Improv Everywhere, invited over 100 people to camp out on Black Friday in front of a 99-cent store located at 1st Avenue and 5th Street in Manhattan. Everyone arrived to the store 30 minutes before it opened but made it appear they all camped out overnight. After everyone made their Improv Everywhere collected unwanted items and donated them to a nearby charity organization.
