The pursuit of this stolen big rig started at 10:30am PDT in Apple Valley, California. After driving more than 150 miles, the driver pulled into a rest area and surrendered peacefully. The tractor trailer was carrying an “ACT Enviro” trailer, a company that specializes in hazardous waste transportation and disposal.
