Billionaire Charles Montgomery Burns of The Simpsons makes his pick for the 2012 presidential election. Burns selects Mitt Romney despite Mr. Smithers listing items that might deny Romney the presidency. Burns brings up Romney’s 1983 ‘Dog Incident‘; during which Romney drove 12 hours with his dog Seamus on top of the car in a windshield-equipped carrier.
