Miley Cyrus turned 19 November 23rd and celebrated her birthday over the weekend. Highlighting the event was the Bob Marley cake which good friend, Kelly Osbourne helped introduce. After receiving a lot of hate on twitter both, Cyrus and Osbourne tweeted their fans telling them that it was all a joke from last year after a video released of Miley Cyrus smoking.
