Eric Maundu of Kijani Grows has turned a neglected area of West Oakland into a garden using aquaponic systems. In an Aquaponic system fish supply the nutrients for plants, and plants detoxify the water for fish. The process requires no soil and can becomes an endless food source once its built. Eric takes us on a tour of his garden which he eats from every day and produces more food than he can eat.
