Father Catches Foul Ball Barehanded While Bottle-Feeding Baby

During the 2nd inning of the Los Angeles Dodgers – Chicago Cubs baseball game at Wrigley Field Tuesday night, Cubs fan Keith Hartley made an incredible barehanded catch while holding/bottle-feeding his 7-month-old son. In an interview with NBC Chicago, Hartley said, “I was just feeding him and I saw the ball coming our way and held on to him and made sure I protected him and I stood up and it kind of just fell in my hand.”

High School Runner Stops Running To Carry Injured Competitor Across Finish Line

Near the end of her final high school cross country meet, Melanie Bailey from Devils Lake, North Dakota stopped running to help injured competitor Danielle LeNoue. Bailey told LeNoue to hop on her back, and the two crossed finished the race together, one carrying the other. Despite finishing 8-and-a-half minutes behind the first place finisher, Bailey says, “I loved the way I ended it. It was a great way to end my cross country season.”
