Carmine Testa is the owner of Carmines Pizza Factory in the Historic Downtown of Jersey City, NJ. Carmine’s seven year old son Michael Testa, has gotten an early start in the family business as he shows off his pizza tossing skills. Carmine and Michael take turns tossing the handmade dough to one another.
