7-year-old Christopher Marshall was suspended from Driver Elementary School in Suffolk, Virginia for two days for making ‘gun noises’ while pointing a pencil at a friend. Christopher was pretending to be a marine like his father Paul Marshall, who says the school failed to use common sense.
