On September 12th, 1944 World War II pilot John S. Blyth crash landed his Spitfire Mk XI fighter plane at Mount Farm Airbase in Great Britain. Flight Surgeon James R. Savage happened to capture the entire crash on 16mm film. Sixty-one years after the crash landing filmmaker William Lorton visits Blyth, and for the first time in his life he sees the footage of his own crash.
