Otters at the Philadelphia Zoo chase a little girl, as she runs along the glass the otters follow her from one end of the tank to the other. Otters are naturally playful animals, they have been seen juggling stones and a similar video to this one, otters race a boy along the glass at the San Diego Zoo.
