Robert Wanek is illegally detained for filming officer Dustin Hill in Wahpeton, ND – 50 miles south of Fargo, ND. When Robert asks Hill about unwarranted raids, Hill arrests him immediately. A month after being detained officer Hill his is suspended for 5 days with out pay and the entire police department must go through 40 hrs of training.
