On Sunday evening, Teresa Barker and her boyfriend, Lee Palmer, were left with no choice but to call Portland police after their angry, 22-pound cat named Lux held them hostage inside their bedroom. It all started when the 4-year-old cat scratched Barker’s 7-month-old baby Jesse, Palmer reacted by kicking the cat and it became enraged. The baby was not injured in the incident and the family is considering giving Lux away.
