Google ‘Bill Nye‘ and you will see he is a well respected science educator. CNN’s Carol Costello states otherwise, saying Bill is ‘the kooky guy who doesn’t know what he is talking about. You’re not a climatologist, you want to defend yourself?’. Bill Nye studied under Carl Sagan while attending Cornell University, he has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Science degree from Willamette University. Bill Nye explains global warming and climate change until he is interrupted by Costello saying that wildfires were caused by mismanagement of our forests. Bill Nye also was featured on The ED Show this week and speaks with Ed Schultz about climate change and what needs to be done.
