Students Upset After Utah High School Alters ‘Revealing’ Yearbook Photos To Show Less Skin

A few female students at Wasatch High School in Heber City, Utah were upset when they discovered their yearbook photos had been altered, without their knowledge, to show less skin. Wasatch High Sophomore Rachel Russel felt like they put names in a hat and pick and choose who got edited. Russel said, “There were plenty of girls that were wearing thicker tank tops and half of them got edited and half of them didn’t.” Wasatch County Superintendent, Terry Shoemaker, did apologize, but “only in the sense that we want to be more consistent with what we`re trying to do.”
