A dashcam in Russia recently captured the moment when a woman, driving and talking on her cellphone, cut off oncoming traffic while making a left-hand turn and almost caused an accident. Outraged, the man she almost ran into gets out of his vehicle, rips the device from the woman’s hand, and smashes her cellphone on the ground ensuring she never drives while talking on the phone again.
