Ross Ching created a unique time-lapse of Los Angeles with out any traffic. This is what the 405 looked like when one of the most busiest highways in the nation shut down this weekend for construction. The dreaded fears of ‘Carmageddon’ this weekend were obsolete as everyone in Los Angeles was prepared for the shutdown.
