[Obscene Gesture] A woman was driving on State Road 41 in Tampa, Florida Monday when a man in a large black truck started tailgating her. After about a minute, she pulled out her phone and began recording the incident. When the man was finally able to pass, he flipped her off, then quickly lost control and took out a street light.
