For a few week in 2004, the Battersea Dogs & Cats Home in London, England repeatedly had to ask the question, “Who let the dogs out?” So they set up a few cameras and discovered Red, the 3-year-old Lurcher dog, had figured out how to escape his kennel and would throw a party after freeing his favorite canine companions.
