Police Officer Surprises Drivers With Gifts Instead Of Tickets During Holiday Traffic Stops

Filmmaker Rob Bliss recently teamed up with the police department in Lowell, Michigan to surprise law-breaking drivers with presents instead of tickets. Over the course of two days Officer Scot VanSolkema stopped unsuspecting drivers for minor infractions, and got to know what they or their kids wanted for Christmas. As soon as VanSolkema’s team heard what the driver wanted, they purchased, wrapped and delivered them item to VanSolkema. The reaction on each driver’s face was priceless.
