The London 2012 Olympic Games just ended and Reuters photographers discuss their strategy for capturing track and field events from every angle. The Men’s 100m final is always one of the more popular events, Reuters had 15 photographers and 6 editors on scene. Images from the 100m race were made available to Reuters’ clients in less than 3 minutes after the finish. Photographer, Lucy Nicholson calls shooting the Olympics a very intense but also very rewarding experience.
