Lost Elderly Woman Driving Motorized Scooter Gets A 6 MPH Police Escort Home

After receiving several phone calls about an elderly woman driving a motorized scooter down a busy highway, Washington State Patrol Trooper Dave Hintz went out to check on her. Hintz discovered the woman, who was in her 80s, had gone out for coffee and got lost on the way home. Hintz treated her the way he would’ve wanted somebody to treat his mom, and gave her a 6 mph police escort home.

3-Year-Old Writes Letter To Dead Dog In Doggie Heaven And Mystery Postal Worker Writes Back

After their 13-year-old Beagle, Moe, passed away in April, Mary Architzel Westbrook and her 3-year-old son Luke began writing and sending letters to him. The two addressed each letter to “Moe Westbrook, Doggie Heaven, Cloud 1″ and would take it to their mailbox. Each night, while Luke was asleep, Mary would retrieve the letters, but one night she forgot. Two weeks later, an unstamped note “from Moe” appeared in their mailbox.
