49-year-old New Orleans Police Detective Winston Harbin Jr. became internet famous this week thanks to his dance moves to ‘Wobble Baby’ by V.I.C. and ‘Cupid Shuffle’ by Cupid in the midst of Mardi Gras. Harbin, a 17-year NOPD veteran, grew up in the 9th Ward and learned to dance at Halloween parties.
