Struggling Single Mother, Forced To Quit Her Jobs To Care For Her Four Kids, Wins Powerball Jackpot

26-year-old Marie Holmes of Brunswick County, North Carolina was recently forced to quit her jobs at Walmart and McDonald’s to care for her four children, one of whom has cerebral palsy. Holmes’ life changed forever Wednesday night when her lottery ticket matched the $564 million Powerball drawing.
