David Silverman’s The Longest Daycare is an Oscar-nominated animated short starring Maggie Simpson from The Simpsons. In the short Maggie does her best to prevent Baby Gerald from smashing an innocent butterfly. The Longest Daycare was nominated for Best Animated Short Film alongside Paperman by John Kahrs, Adam and Dog by Minkyu Lee, Fresh Guacamole by PES and Head Over Heels by Timothy Reckart and Fodhla Cronin O’Reilly.
