Back in August, Dan McGurk, who has Down syndrome, posted a video to YouTube inviting his favorite singer, Kid Rock, to his 30th birthday party on October 27th. Dan, who calls himself “the biggest and number one Kid Rock fan,” didn’t hear back from Kid Rock, and had no idea if he had seen his message. To Dan’s surprise, Kid Rock actually showed up at his birthday party, and he didn’t show up empty-handed.
